By using ReceiptFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree, please stop using the Service immediately.
ReceiptFlow is a SaaS platform for scanning and managing receipts using AI (GPT-4o Vision) to automatically extract vendor name, total amount, VAT, line items, and expense categories from uploaded images.
You must register and maintain the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service for: (a) illegal activities, (b) uploading harmful content or infringing others' rights, (c) attempting unauthorized system access, (d) reverse engineering or copying the Service.
Receipt images and uploaded data remain your property. We process data per our Privacy Policy. Data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
The Free plan is available indefinitely. Pro/Enterprise plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect losses. Our maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 3 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Thailand.
